A self-consumption photovoltaic plant for PortAventura World

PortAventura has presented an investment of 6 million euros to build a photovoltaic plant to produce self-consumption electricity for the resort, which will have 100,000 square meters (such as 14 soccer fields) and 22,000 photovoltaic panels. PortAventura hopes to avoid the emission of 4,000 tons of CO2 into the atmosphere, which is equivalent to the CO2 that 930,000 trees can absorb.
