Salou officially launched the 2026 edition of the Nits Daurades on Saturday, 1 August 2026, with the institutional opening ceremony held in the gardens of Xalet Torremar.
Salou City Council and the Municipal Tourism Board have launched a large-scale operation to distribute a total of 67,000 certified eclipse glasses for the safe observation of the solar eclipse on 12 August.
Salou will once again host Festiuet on 17 and 18 July 2026. The music festival will feature some of the biggest names in Catalan music, including La Gossa Sorda, La Fúmiga, Figa Flawas, The Tyets, Ginestà, Els Pets, Buhos and Lax’n’Bust, among others.
