Salou kicks off the summer with music, foam, and a great party atmosphere

Salou. Costa Dorada. 05 July 2026. The 2026 Cors d'Estiu (Summer Parades) in Salou filled the capital of the Costa Daurada with music, foam, and a festive atmosphere to welcome both the summer and all the visitors enjoying their holidays in the municipality. Seven groups participated with their respective floats, filling Carles Buïgas Street and Jaume I Promenade with a vibrant atmosphere and a desire to have fun thanks to their costumes and party spirit.

The foam, water guns, and soap bubbles helped beat the heat and enlivened the crowd, which joined in on this eminently family-friendly celebration. Costumes of lions, Little Red Riding Hood, Martians, and Dragon Ball characters filled the parade with color and fun.

The mayor of Salou, Pere Granados, along with several councilors, took part in the Cors d'Estiu, joining the groups and sharing the festive spirit with the public.

The parade concluded at the Plaça de les Comunitats Autònomes, where music from a DJ and a live band kept the energy and party spirit alive. Groups, residents, and visitors alike enjoyed the foam and danced to the latest musical hits.

In this second edition, Salou's Cors d'Estiu takes another step toward consolidating itself as a unique festive event, combining the spirit of the Cós Blanc with the joy, color, and energy of summer.
