Tarragona gets into sport by the hand of the Adidas Running Day

Tarragona. Costa Dorada. Next 11 desembre  is celebrated the Adidas Running Day at Parc del Francolí. The activity is organised by the Conselleria d'Esports and Running Solutions and goes from 10 am to 2pm for amateur and profesionals of Athletiss. The ADIDAS RUNNING DAY is a national sporting event that runs for the second consecutive year, the most representative cities of the Spanish geography.   It is designed to be a meeting point for sports enthusiasts who want to deepen Athletics in a number of important aspects of this sport, as the theory and practical training, sports nutrition or use of a proper sports equipment . The event will begin at 10:00 am and lasts an average of about 4 hs, which is all the content offered through a series of talks, inside a tent put up for that purpose, and through practical exercises as stretching, race continues ... At the end of the event will be delivered to each of the attendees of some rubber bands for exercise and a goody bag consisting of a gift and Sportlife magazine, a deodorant and a discount card and a subscription Adidas biannual Sportlife magazine.
