Tarragona. Costa Dorada. October 11, 2012. The Romesco food is more typically offered Tarragona restaurants in our city, with references dating from the early twentieth century and its development located in the same boat of the fishing district of Tarragona The Seraglio.   Gourmet Tarragona, the federation that unites the three major associations of restaurants in the city (ARPA, in the upper part; TarracoGust the center, and ARCS, the Seraglio) wants 'official' such as romesco from Tarragona dish par excellence .   Therefore, the celebration of the III Conference Romesco Tarragona year come loaded with more activities than ever, and with a run-solemn.   In this sense, this morning signed an agreement for the shape of Romesco, the promotion of local dishes and cuisine defining themselves as a tool for promoting tourism, gastronomy and binding image of the area. The Convention is supported by Josep Felix Ballesteros, Mayor of Tarragona Antoni Ballvé, Regional Director of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of the Government, Jordi Sierra, assistant representative of the Central Government; Batet Albert, president of the Tourism Council of Delegation, Albert Abelló, president of the Chamber of Commerce, Francisco Vives of Hospitality Business Association of Tarragona province and Matias Garcia Leandro, representing Culinary Tarragona.   As a result of the signing will create a gastronomic advice dictate the absolute minimum in order to consider a dish as "Romesco de Tarragona". The ultimate goal is to get the nomination "Romesco de Tarragona" as the dish of the city.   The program of the III Conference Romesco Tarragona offer the following activities:   Wednesday 10 October at 10 am, Central Market (Plaza Corsini) • Presentation of the different cooking show that will be held around the romesco, thanks blogger's culinary Txaber Allu (The Cocinero Fiel) and a first demonstration kitchen of Restaurant Manolo.   From October 10 to 13, 20 to 22 pm • Taste Romesco. The participating restaurants will offer their own tasting romesco for 3 €, paired with a glass of beer Estrella Damm Inedit.  From 11 to 28 October • Menus culinary Romesco. The participating restaurants will offer a menu 'romescaire' designed for the event, accompanied by beer Estrella Damm
