Tarragona pays tribute to an English couple spending their 50th summer in the city
Tarragona. Costa Dorada. The deputy mayor and chairman of the Municipal Tourism, Sergio De Los Rios, received this morning the English couple, John and Sheila Marsh, who during 50 years have spent their holidays in our city, and more , this year celebrates the 50th anniversary of marriage. The deputy mayor and chairman of the Municipal Tourism thanked them for their fidelity to our city and has delivered a bouquet of flowers and a plaque with the inscription "Ambassadors of Tarragona. The reception took place in the illustrious hall of Tarragona. Messrs. Marsh, who fifty years ago coming to spend the summer in the city and in the hotel Urbis, were invited last Saturday to rebuild the show The Passion of the Holy Roman amphitheater Fructuosus and today are offered a guided tour of various monuments, by the Municipal Tourism.
