The Restaurant Association of the Parte Alta celebrates the first gastronomic days


Tarragona. Costa Dorada. The Restaurant Association of the Part Alta  (ARPA) of Tarragona organizes from 27 November to 8 December and the Gastronomic, which this year are dedicated to promoting gastronomic value of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil DO Siurana.  With this initiative, the Association aims to promote and give continuity to the culinary experiences with marriage and establish synergies with local products various collectives.   For twelve days, the 26 restaurants that are part of the Association will use Extra Virgin Olive Oil DO Siurana to prepare all your meals. To present this experience, called ARPA media the small sampling of culinary tastings maridats with Extra Virgin Olive Oil DO Siurana.   The president of the Association, Quintin Quinsac, detailing the content of Days in a press conference in which invited Dolores Herrera Minister for Business, Education, Employment and Consumer Protection Town Hall Tarragona Carmen Crespo, Deputy Mayor of Tarragona responsible for the Comprehensive Plan of the Upper Part and Rosa Rosell, Deputy Mayor Culture and Heritage and Minister of the Parte Alta.
