Tarragona presents new guided tours this Easter



The Tourism Department of Tarragona offers, due to the proximity of the Easter holidays, two new programs guided tours for those tourists who want to discover the city, always accompanied by an official tourist guide.
 
The programs are the Easter 2008 and Spring 2008. The first offers visits of Roman and medieval Tarragona and the second adds, these two routes, dedicated third and fourth Alano Jubilee modernist route. The route starts at the mock Roman Roman Pallol Square continues for a walk along the walls, and a visit to the Circus Pretori and ends at the Amphitheatre. The medieval, meanwhile, also includes the analysis of a model that is in the Pretori, continues through the Medieval Old Market, the facade of the cathedral, the Dean's house and ends in the cloister of the Cathedral.

Guided tours
of Easter 2008 with a duration of two hours and will be from Saturday 15 to Saturday 22, and will be offered in Catalan and Castilian, according to schedule. They cost 4 euros. On guided tours Spring 2008, will be valid until June 21 and include, apart from Roman and medieval routes, above, the route Jubilee Year and the Modernist route. The route Jubilee Year is a religious aspect guided tour dedicated to Saint Fructuoso, where you will visit l'exposition "SanSanto Fructuoso and his time", the Holy Chapel and Fructuoso Resume altarpiece of the Cathedral, the Chapel of St. Pau and l'Amphitheatre. For its part, the route starts at Mausoleum modernist Jaume I will continue to visit different buildings of the Rambla Nova and end at Teatro Metropol. Visits Spring 2008 also have a cost of 4 euros and lasts two hours.
