Godofredo Dominguez is again re-elected President of the Club Náutico Salou

Salou. Costa Dorada. Club Náutico Salou re-elected on 9 July 2011 Godfrey Dominguez as president of the organization. This will put an end to an election process that began at the end of last May. Godofredo Dominguez was reelected president for a period of 6 years, and will end his term in 2017. This occupied the position since August 1987. Previously he served as member and Commodore. The board of the Yacht Club of Salou is home to a total of sixteen people and for the first time in more than 40 years, the Club will have two girls on board, Natalia Oteiza Vergés and Marisa Garcia, who also preside over committees social and Cultural Club, respectively. The meeting of the new board last weekend, was also used to distribute the new charges. Thus, Estanislau Salvadó continue as vice president while Richard Massot, will be the second vice president. The remaining board members are Wasingthon Pereyra (Commodore), Francis Torrell (Secretary) Josep A. Beneitez (treasurer) and members Manuel Lopez, Jose Oliva (Sporting), Juan Jose Martinez Lleixà Albert Punset (Fitness), Antonio Vallverdú (Fisheries), Joan M. Matas  and Josep Ybañez. The new board of the Boat of Salou, during his term will deal with two major projects of the organization. On one hand, the organization of the sailing competition of the Mediterranean Games 2017, if awarded in Tarragona, and the project to improve the port of the capital of the Costa Daurada.
