Salou Cos Blanc 2016 progresses, held on Saturday January 30

Salou. Costa Dorada. 18 January 2016. Coso White Salou will be held this year on Saturday January 30 in order not to coincide with the celebrations of Carnival.
Normally, the Cos Blanc is held the first Saturday in February, but this year during the first weekend of February is celebrated throughout the Carnival. It is for this reason that Salou has decided to bring forward the winter festival a week and, in the events of the festival, the Coso Blanco.

Coso White Salou will be held around the street Ciutat de Reus and make over thirty floats, with accompanying troupes and more than 25 tons of confetti. The party is held at Coso White Salou all day Saturday, but the parade, which is the most massive event will begin at 7 pm. The festival usually hosts more than 30,000 people who do not want to miss this show of music, light, confetti and colors.

This year marks the 36th edition of the Coso Blanco, a party closely linked to Salou and each year is possible thanks to the work of the groups and participating troupes and organization, which is run by the City of Salou.
